We sell only wholesale, not retail.          Minimum Order = $100.
DISCOUNTS for larger ONLINE orders:
$500+ order   =  free shipping to continental US**                            
$1000+order  =  3% discount  &  free shipping to continental US**
$1500+order  =  4% discount  &  free shipping to continental US**
$2000+order  =  5% discount  &  free shipping to continental US**
$3000+order  = 10% discount &  free shipping to continental US**
$4000+order  = 15% discount &  free shipping to continental US**

    Order must be PLACED ONLINE and PAID ONLINE to qualify.
    You will see discount on Shopping Cart page as you add items to your cart.
Where, What and Who Are We
              We are located in Fridley, a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota in the United States.  Peaceful People Imports began in 1995, primarily selling at trade shows, before this new Internet thing came along.  For a little more information about the company, please click the "Charitable Activities Info" link at the bottom of the page.
If Your Order Won't Go Through
Don't worry, all is not lost.   Whatever you put in your shopping cart is still there and we can get to it from our end.  

If you have what you want in the shopping cart, just go to the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this (or any other) page to let us know and we will take care of your order.

Alternatively, if it is during business hours you can give us a call and we'll get your order squared away right away (see page bottom for hours and phone #) .


How to Place an Order
Online Shopping Cart:     Add products to the shopping cart and once you have finished shopping, click on the CHECKOUT button in the Shopping Cart. If you discover a need to change or update your order, please call 888-699-1001 as soon as possible so we can correct it.   Monday through Friday 9am-5pm CST.

We accept:    MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or PayPal
We can not accept:   money orders, cashier's checks, checks, C.O.D.
Can I specify sizes and colors
Sure.  To specify color, size, etc: 
1) Log In 
2) click on any product photo and you will go to a page dedicated to that product. 
3) In the "Comment" field you can write any size or color preferences or anything else you want to tell us.  If we don't have that specific color, we will just omit it from your order.
Shipping & Delivery
     We ship with UPS for the continental US, and US Post Priority Mail for everywhere else.   We generally ship within 1 to 3 business days, although occasionally we may get a lot of orders at once which may slow us down a day or 2.     Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving,  and Christmas Eve & Day.  You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. At this time, we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses.  If you need to ship your purchases to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Privacy & Security
     Peaceful People provides a secure site for online transactions.  All credit card numbers are encrypted for safe, secure online purchasing.   Peaceful People considers the information you have chosen to entrust us with to be personal and will not sell or share any of this information with outside companies, groups or individuals, without your express consent.
     If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us directly and it is unused with the original tags still attached, you may return it within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase price (less shipping).  This applies to items purchased directly from us, so if you purchased items from a store that carries our product line you must return the items to that store, subject to the store's return policy.  How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?    Simply call us at 888-699-1001.   WE CAN NOT ACCEPT OR PROCESS RETURNS WITHOUT YOU CONTACTING US FIRST.  Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.
